Delivery

UK delivery is charged at £5.50 for the first candle, plus £1.00 for each additional candle in the same order.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Made-to-order or bespoke candles may take a little longer, particularly where materials need to be ordered. If this applies to your order, I will let you know.

Local Delivery & Collection

Free local delivery is available to addresses within GU35.

Orders can also be collected free of charge by prior arrangement.

If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for free local delivery, please get in touch before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about a standard candle purchased online, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning it is the customer’s responsibility. Any applicable standard delivery charge will also be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.

Bespoke or personalised candles made specifically to your requirements cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

If your candle arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can put things right.
